Michael Ramsey is the Group Vice President, Product Management for Customer Workflows. He joined ServiceNow in 2019 and is responsible for the product strategy and execution of the horizontal products Customer Service Management and Sales and Order Management. Michael has over 25 years of experience in customer service, CRM and enterprise software as a product manager, solution architect and software consultant.
