Michael Blazer has been an Advisory Solution Consultant for Service Operations, responsible for helping some of our largest customers drive value and streamlining operations in their organizations. Michael has 20 years of experience in IT. Before joining ServiceNow in July of 2021, Michael specialized in IT Automation, Operations Management and Service Management. As a customer Michael was responsible for deploying a working CMDB, utilizing the CSDM, and used it to drive value through process optimization from the Portfolio Management space down through the ITSM and Operations space.
