Tom Bruss is a Principal Director in Accenture’s ServiceNow Business Group, the #1 ServiceNow implementation partner in the world. In this role Tom currently delivers Accenture’s own ServiceNow platform capabilities, including over 100 cross-enterprise applications and 1900 global business services powering Accenture’s digital core. Tom also provides thought leadership on platform adoption strategies, delivery, and operations, supporting ServiceNow opportunities for our clients.
