Spandan leads the IT Incubation team in ServiceNow. He and his team are focused on rapid innovation, learn fast, and incubate new products on the ServiceNow platform in a repeatable and scalable way. He is also instrumental in standup, operationalize, and scale the Citizen Development Program in ServiceNow to unlock the Organization's innovation potential. Earlier Spandan has led various IT-led digital transformation initiatives in the Customer Success, Marketing, and Indirect Partner Led Sales area.
