Rajeev is a deeply experienced technology and innovation leader responsible for implementing advanced technology services and utilizing emerging technologies in search, conversational interfaces, and GenAI. He draws from over three decades of product management, consulting, and IT expertise to build personalized, consumer-like experiences for users across the enterprise leveraging the power of the Now Platform®. Since joining ServiceNow in 2016, Rajeev has led enterprise architecture, UX design, and was responsible for the development and launch of our unified Digital Employee Experience, numerous mobile apps, our Safe Workplace app, and has shepherded various no-code products through our Innovation Lab. Rajeev’s strengths include product strategy, innovation, and rapid delivery utilizing a startup mindset.
