Praveen Gopu is IT service operations tribe lead at Equitable. Praveen is responsible for IT service management, IT asset management (hardware and software), IT operations management, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering and IT automation functions that support all lines of business. He plays the role of ServiceNow product owner to drive digital transformation, improve the adoption of the platform and end user experience with various services, and improve system availability via AI/Ops.
