Pat is an experienced Master Engineer providing leadership on the ServiceNow platform since its implementation in 2016. A graduate of Penn State, he has been with Erie Insurance for 25 years. Pat has focused in the IT Service Management, Operations Management and Asset Management spaces and continues to add new skills as ServiceNow expands. He is a certified ITIL Practitioner, is ITIL 4 Foundations certified and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Pat enjoys the challenges of adjusting to the ever-changing technology landscape.
