Michael is the risk transformation officer at ServiceNow. In this role, he collaborates with customers, partners, and internal teams to maximize value on the ServiceNow platform through the context of risk, compliance, and control management.
 
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Michael was the head of international risk governance strategy and transformation at Wells Fargo. In this role, he was responsible for transforming risk and compliance governance structures and programs in jurisdictions where Wells Fargo operated outside the United States.
