Masataka IKEDA is a Manager at NTTDOCOMO of Network Operation Strategy who belongs to an international roaming operation strategy team responsible for managing international operation as well as Project Manager of "Zero-Touch-Operation" commercial deployment which involved re-designing of the operation work process and development of new operation DX system. Prior to this work, IKEDA started off as an Mobile Core Network engineer on IMS and then became a technical leader for Core network consultant on VoLTE and 5G deployment for mobile network operators around the world.
