Jason leads ServiceNow’s inbound telecommunications product team, leading a team of product managers who own product roadmap and release activities for all telecommunications industry products. Prior to his current role he was the lead product manager in ServiceNow’s ITSM business and is a recognized service management expert. He has 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with an emphasis in the assurance and care domains. Jason is passionate about his role as a customer advocate and ensuring the products we are building enable transformational business outcomes.
