Jan has more than 25 years experience in IT, building applications, managing installations and training. She has been with ServiceNow for 7 years as an instructor. She focuses on courses for Security Operations, Governance, Risk and Compliance and ITSM. She has been identified as a Training Delivery SME for SecOps and GRC. ServiceNow certifications include: CSA, CIS-SIR, CIS-VR, CIS-ITSM, CIS-VRM, and CIS-RC.

Outside of ServiceNow, she volunteers as a referee in the FIRST robotics competition, loves to play tennis and enjoys good food and drinks - especially bourbon.
