I have spent a majority of my career as a consultant helping customers transform their IT Service Management capabilities, before transitioning into a Product management role. My team is responsible for our core ITSM products. This includes Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Major Incident Management, On-Call Scheduling, Walk-Up Experience, ITSM VA Conversations, Password Reset among others.
