Adam is the leader of the ServiceNow Delivery team at KeyBank, which is responsible for KeyBank's extensive ServiceNow implementation. Adam has over 7 years of experience working with the NOW platform, and is currently responsible for leading the ServiceNow delivery team responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting our internal ServiceNow implementation. He has also previously served as an Architect and Lead Developer on the ServiceNow team.
