Will Witten is one of Impact's Senior Technical Portfolio Managers responsible for determining how ServiceNow's AI products can drive value for Impact customers. In this role, Will experiments with existing AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform and develops some of his own all with the goal of enabling a team to drive value for Impact customers at scale. This team guides customers on how to use these products to digitize, transform and modernize their business processes through Impact's fixed-scope Accelerator offerings!
