Tyler acts as the ServiceNow Platform Solution Architect for USAA and also had the opportunity to speak at Knowledge 2019 and Knowledge 2022.

Tyler holds a B.S. Computer Science from Purdue University. He is also certified with ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL v4 Foundations.
