Tony Branton is an Inbound Product Management Director for the CMDB. In this role, Tony provides product strategy to deliver improved CMDB capabilities and experiences to customers. He joined ServiceNow in 2014 and has more than 18 years of experience in ITOM and ITSM. Tony co-authored "AIOps & Visibility for Dummies", and contributed to the "AI-Powered Service Operations 101 Primer" and "CMDB Design Guidance" publications.
