Pat is an accomplished Service Delivery and IT Operations leader. He currently leads Resideo’s Service Delivery organization, which owns their internal ServiceNow platform. In 2019, he established service delivery as the first independent department following Resideo’s de-merger from Honeywell, and most recently he led the move to a fully digital, agentless Service Desk.
