Oliver leads the Global Service Integration Department for Hitachi Energy which provides their users the “front door” for all the IT services they consume. He successfully led the design, build & deployment of this capability along with global deployment of the new IT services required to exit ABB & establish the new Hitachi Energy Operations. Oliver also leads the Hitachi ServiceNow CoE working across all the Hitachi companies to drive the use of ServiceNow within the group.
