Nia McCash is a ServiceNow Architect at the University of Toronto's Mississauga campus, where she oversees the configuration and development of the platform, and provides technical leadership and guidance for the ServiceNow team. She has over fifteen years of IT experience. She started her ServiceNow journey in 2016, and has previously done Drupal development and full-stack web development. She is an avid contributor to the ServiceNow community and is a multi-year ServiceNow MVP.
