Melissa brings a passionate, empathetic, and outcome-driven approach to product development and new products here at ServiceNow as part of our NowX product incubation team. She has over 13 years of product management experience, with 8 of those years being in the Talent Acquisition and HR software space. Prior to joining ServiceNow, she led the Talent Acquisition product line at BambooHR, where she had the opportunity to build and grow their ATS offering and shape the hiring experience for thousands of customers and many more candidates.
