Matt Dodd works as a Senior Principal Outbound Product Manager with ServiceNow across the APJ region, and is responsible for evangelising the Platform and Generative AI Roadmap. Prior to this role Matt spent 11 years in ServiceNow’s Solution Consulting organisation working directly with our customers on their platform adoption journey and getting maximum value from their investment.
