Krishna has 15 years of experience in the tech industry and 10 years as a developer. He has worked with the Now platform for the last decade across many products, including ITSM, ITAM, HR (onboarding and offboarding), Employee Services, and the mobile app. In his current product management role, Krishna designs innovative productivity tools that use GenAI. He helps customers adopt tools built on our Now platform, saving them licensing costs, increasing data security, and improving team collaboration.
