Jimmy has been with ServiceNow for nearly 14 years, starting in engineering building solutions, and working with customers as an ITOM solution architect for the past 4 years. He is passionate about helping customers come up with solutions to their problems with the ServiceNow platform and ITOM solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and taking his kids to and watching them participate in events they love.
