Erin is a Principal Curriculum Developer with the ServiceNow Training, Alliance Enablement, and Certification Organization. She has over fourteen years of experience in training and instructional design. She has been with ServiceNow for four years, and currently creates engaging learning experiences to support the Strategic Portfolio Management applications. Most recently, she helped to create the learning journey for the Technical Project Manager persona.
