Cara Herrick is Director, Global Business Services Strategy at ServiceNow and has the enviable job of helping to evangelize GBS within ServiceNow and build the ServiceNow GBS community more broadly. Cara joined ServiceNow following a 14-year career at a global consumer goods company, where she was both a practitioner and customer, focused on HR and GBS service delivery excellence, continuous improvement and strategy. Cara holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Cornell University and is interested in the intersection of people, process and technology.
