Brian has spent the last 28 years in the Financial Services software industry, with primary focuses in: Banking, Investment Management, and Insurance and Wealth Management. He has dedicated the last seven years at ServiceNow, where he has been working with FS organizations to modernize operations and improve customer service. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he worked at Pega Systems, Ledgex Systems, Fidelity, Thomson Financial (Reuters) and Charles River Development.
