Andre Ramsarran is a Sr. Principal Product Manager in the CIWF group. He works closely with customers and partners to drive adoption, enablement, and enhancing features for the Customer Service Management product line. His areas of focus include Workforce Optimization, Agent Experience, Process Optimization and applying AI/ML capabilities to solve business problems. Andre’s background includes implementing call centers, SaaS CRM, and IaaS/PaaS cloud services. Off line, Andre enjoys moving on two wheels (bicycles and motorcycles), seeking mindfulness, playing disc golf, and writing Haikus.
