Mr. Porreca brings over 30 years of technical and managerial experience to this position. He joined USI Colburn Insurance Service in 1992 as Director of Information Systems and was promoted to Vice President of Information Systems in 1996, Chief Information Officer for USI Affinity in 2000 and Chief Technology Officer for USI in 2008. Prior to joining USI Colburn, Timothy was a consultant providing networking services to clients along the eastern seaboard.

As Chief Technology Officer, Tim is responsible for the planning, direction and implementation of the information system technologies, practices and policies as well as overseeing USI’s data centers and technical support services
