Steve Zirkel is the VP for the Americas CWF Sales. Steve is responsible for scaling sales in the CWF markets. Having spent over 20 years in the Customer Service industry, he joins ServiceNow from an 8.5 yearr stint at Salesforce where he helped lead their growth in the service business from $500m to $3b+. Prior to Salesforce, Steve helped build another cloud applications company Varolii into a pioneer in the outbound messaging business resulting in the sale to Nuance in 2013.
