Quentin Mackey is a Director in the HR Product Management Business Unit at ServiceNow. His team provides implementation best practices, content management, and integration strategy for the HRSD solutions. His teams overall goal is to give customers (partners) guidance on on how to best to deploy the HRSD solution to decrease time to value so they can maximize their investment with the HR Service Delivery Solution. He is also the HR Business Unit representative working with our HR and IT as part of the Now on Now initiative to deploy the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions Solutions within ServiceNow to support our new hires and employees globally.
