I am working as a Lead UX Researcher in ServiceNow, leading UX Research efforts on Service Catalog, ITSM application. Joined ServiceNow in Jan 2020. In the last 5 years, I worked with ADP as a UX Architect leading several research projects on Talent and Human Capital Management domain. Prior to that, I worked in several companies managing and leading Information Development teams and projects.
