Jason Leung is currently part of our ITSM Product Management team responsible for our Virtual Agent and Password Reset products. Prior to ServiceNow, Jason spent time in sales engineering and product roles at VMware and Samsung building enterprise software solutions. When he is not busy solving customer problems, he enjoys cycling and tinkering with his espresso machine.
