Hriday Ravindranath is the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Orange Business since May 2023. In this role, he is responsible for leading a dynamic and multicultural team of 1800 people to transform Orange Business into a Digital first company. With authority over IT and technology modernization, Hriday and his team act as catalysts for change to enable business agility and to open avenues for innovation, with our partners and customers.

Hriday is a member of the Orange Business Executive Board. Hriday specializes in leading change, disrupting markets and has a wealth of experience in technology thought leadership, digital transformation, and sustainable business practices. Prior to this position, he was Chief Product & Digital Officer at BT Global overseeing the design and delivery of their portfolio, incorporating technology innovation from BT and its partners. This role is an evolution of Hriday’s previous responsibilities as Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) for BT Global, where he was responsible for technology thought leadership and digital transformation. Becoming CTIO at the age of 33, he has also been recognized as one of the youngest CTIOs in the industry.
