Holly Briedis is the SVP of Global Industries at ServiceNow, focusing on a customer-first go-to-market strategy. Formerly, she served as President and Chief Customer Officer at Fossil Group, leading digital, marketing, tech, and a $2B global P&L. As a Partner at McKinsey & Company, she advised consumer brands on tech-enabled growth and led the Digital practice for Retail in North America. She’s served on various boards and advised early-stage companies and VC firms. She’s a mother of two, holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a BS/BA from the University of Michigan, and lives in Texas.
